Extra hands. No payroll. No obligation to hire.

No payroll risk

NDCS covers employee payroll for students in On-the-Job Training and acts as employer of record for IRS reporting — handling wages, taxes, payroll paperwork, clock-in/out tracking, and recordkeeping.

Insurance handled

Liability insurance and Workers' Compensation coverage are provided for participating students. (Coverage details are confirmed with NDCS before placement.)

Evaluate before you hire

Reduce recruitment and training costs and evaluate candidates through On-the-Job Training. There is no obligation to hire after the training period — and no cost if you do.

Onsite job-coach support

An NDCS job coach visits the worksite regularly to support both the student and your team, checking in with supervisors and addressing any challenges.

Peak-season & special projects

Businesses with busy seasons or special projects can bring on students for On-the-Job Training support when the extra help matters most.

Insurance and coverage details are confirmed with NDCS before any placement. This page is for general information and is not a guarantee of coverage or outcomes.
