Programs and Services

NDCS serves two groups: students preparing for their first job, and adults working toward lasting employment. Here is what each program includes.

Youth Workforce Development

Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) — preparing today’s youth for tomorrow’s workforce.

Delivered one-on-one and built around each student, for students generally ages 14–21 who are enrolled in secondary or postsecondary education.

Ready to earn while you learn?

Students are matched to a real workplace by interest, schedule, and travel radius — and get paid during 6–8 week experiences with a job coach beside them.
